Founded in 2011 by Tom Bassi, Flexout Audio started as a solo venture until 2023 when Tom welcomed Marcel Bößendörfer as co-owner, bringing a fresh perspective and dynamic partnership to the label. Joining forces with Tom and Marcel in 2023, Florian, our Head of Digital, and Dominik, our Head of Creative, added invaluable German efficiency to Flexout’s vision. What sets Flexout apart is our genuine family ethos, where we prioritize the careers and well-being of our artists above all else.
