Arkaik has a formidable style. Since DJing from the age of 15 & with over a decade of releases his clean, infectious minimal Drum and Bass style is fluid throughout his productions and DJ sets.

Somewhere deep in the Surrey hills in England, armed with a defined record collection and a bucket load of creativity and ambition Arkaik began his career within Drum and Bass. With his roots in Pirate radio and working his way around different residencies across the south east of the UK he decided to develop his sets and started producing Drum and Bass.

Arkaik is now a pioneer of the stripped back sound.  As an original, core artist for Diffrent Music & Flexout Audio, Arkaik saw his first major release ‘Stress Relief/Second Bass’ back in 2010 gaining him instant recognition. Arkaik propelled his status further winning the Octane & DLR remix competition which set him on course to have several releases with Dispatch Recordings.  Arkaik then made the move to Shanghai & started focusing more on dance floor stripped back sound. Upon his arrival in China, Arkaik quickly became a resident for ‘Sweatshop’ one of China’s most long standing drum and bass events & regularly played in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, among many other cities. He then went on to complete tours of China, Australia, Japan, Taiwan and played throughout Europe. As a producer he has an extensive back catalog and has collaborated with artists such as Amoss, Black Barrel, Bredren, Codebreaker, Dave Owen, DLR, Hyroglifics, Molecular, Mystic State, Nymfo, Objectiv, Signal, Waeys, Xtrah & is considered a key figure within the minimal Drum and Bass subgenre. As a DJ, Arkaik has a formidable reputation. After spending over 2 decades perfecting his craft Arkaik has played at some of the most prestigious events around the globe including Outlook Festival, Boomtown and Innovation in the Sun.  From pirate radio, to clubs, to festival stages his DJ ethics have always stayed the same, making sure each set is as fresh as possible, encapsulating the audience with forward thinking music, creating a journey with forthcoming sounds.
